The Kroger weekly ad runs from Wednesday to Tuesday

A new Kroger weekly ad comes out every week. It starts on Wednesday and runs for seven days, through the following Tuesday. We add the new ad here on Tuesday morning, a day before it takes effect, so you can look through next week's deals before they reach the shelves.

How the deals in the Kroger weekly ad work

Kroger's weekly sales ad combines several kinds of deals, and knowing them helps you read each price correctly:

• Prices "with card" apply when you shop with a Shopper's Card or Alt ID, and almost every deal in the ad is marked this way.
• Digital coupon deals need a coupon clipped in the app or on the website first, and the ad also shows what the item costs without it.
• Mix & match offers let you combine participating products, with deals like buy one, get one free of equal or lesser value, or an extra amount off when you buy several household or personal care items.
• Multi-buy prices, such as 3 for $6, are the final cost only when you buy the stated number. If you buy fewer, each item costs more.
• Limited-time sales inside the ad, such as a three-day sale from Saturday to Monday, apply only on the days printed next to them.

How to save more with Kroger Rewards

The "with card" prices are for members of Kroger Rewards, the free rewards program: you get them when you scan your Shopper's Card or enter your Alt ID at checkout. Linking the card to a digital account in the app or on the website adds more ways to save:

• Digital coupons that you clip in the app or on the website, including the weekly digital deals, which you can use up to five times per transaction.
• Points, one for every dollar you spend on most groceries, which you can redeem for savings on fuel or on groceries.
• Personalized offers: the more you shop, the more your digital coupons are tailored to what you buy.
• Boost, a paid membership that adds double Points, free delivery on larger orders and exclusive offers.
